    What is Proscaline?

Proscaline is a psychoactive compound of the phenethylamine class. This synthetic drug is closely related to more popular mescaline and causes similar effects.

Keep the bottle in a cold, dark place, away from pets and children.
Even at modest dosages, 4-ACO-DMT, 1P-LSD, and Proscaline are extremely potent substances. Make sure your Proscaline bottles are kept in a secure container that dogs and children cannot reach. The package includes a measuring cup as well as 200mg of Proscaline combined with 100 ml of purified water. A typical Proscaline microdose is between 2 and 4 grams or 4 and 8 grams. Before using the contents, give the bottle a good shake.
Please keep in mind that Deadhead Chemist makes no claims about the capacity of this substance to treat any mental health or other medical disorders, and it is solely offered for research purposes. It is not for use in veterinary medicine or for human consumption.
Proscaline, which is also called 3,5-dimethoxy-4-propyloxyphenethylamine, is a phenethylamine with an ethyl chain connecting a phenyl ring to a -NH2 amino group. Proscaline consists of two functional groups: CH3O (a functional group attracted to carbon atoms R3 and R5) and an additional propyloxy group at carbon R4 in the phenyl ring. Because proscaline is the 4-propyloxy analog of mescaline, it contains one more carbon atom on its alkyloxy group than escaline, another molecule that is linked to the mescaline analog.

Stephen Szára, a Hungarian chemist and psychologist, conducted the first scientific study of DMT’s psychoactive effects on volunteers in the mid-1950s. After his request for LSD from the Swiss business Sandoz Laboratories was refused on the grounds that the potent psychoactive may be hazardous in the hands of a communist government, Szára, who later worked for the United States National Institutes of Health, shifted his focus to DMT.

DMT is often inactive until taken with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, such as harmaline, a reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidase A (RIMA). Because the body quickly metabolizes orally supplied DMT in the absence of an MAOI, it has no hallucinogenic effect until the amount exceeds the body’s monoamine oxidase metabolic capacity. Other methods of administration, such as vaporizing, injecting, or insufflating the drug, can generate intense hallucinations for a short period of time (typically less than half an hour), since the DMT enters the brain before being degraded by the body’s natural monoamine oxidase. Taking an MAOI before vaporizing or injecting DMT prolongs and improves the effects.
